a. To ensure your venue participation and artist(s) information on the web site and all press releases, fill out and email this form by the 10th of the month previous to participation: http://www.participatefff.blogspot.com

b. Upon confirmation that your information is received and released in the press releases and web site, a small participation fee of $25 will be issued and due payable within 3 business days. (Unfortunately, failure to remit payment in timely manner will result in non-participation status for 12 full months.)

c. Want to participate for the whole year? Sign up early for 2010! The next Yearly Membership renewal date is December 31st, 2009 for the upcoming 2010 year. Download and fill out the official Membership Participation form to get a head start!

d. Visit the website regularly to keep updated on all special upcoming events!
