HOW TO GET INVOLVED AS A FREMONT VENUE:

If you have an establishment or home in Fremont and would like to become a stop on the Fremont Art Walk, please fill out and submit the entry form HERE.  There are THREE levels of participation: yearly, seasonally, or monthly (those details also listed below).  For other questions, e-mail the art walk director at fremontfirstfriday@gmail.com. 

HOW TO GET INVOLVED AS AN ARTIST:

Venues on the art walk choose their featured artists each month, so if you would like to be featured, your best bet is to contact the venues currently on the Fremont Art Walk line-up and introduce them to your work (see "home" or "currently showing" pages for the latest list of venues and their contact information).

If you would like to be added to an artist reference list for Fremont venues seeking artists: 

Please send your name, phone#, e-mail address, website, bio, and a few images of your work for review to fremontfirstfriday@gmail.com.

Summer participation = May,June,July,& Aug. Deadline to participate: APRIL 1st, 2012

Fall/Winter participation = Sept, Oct, Nov, & Dec. Deadline to participate: AUGUST 1st, 2012

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

Deadline is the 10th of the month prior to intended 

participation ($25)

a.) To ensure your venue's participation and artist(s) information on the web site and all press releases, fill out and email this form by the 10th of the month previous to participation: http://www.participatefff.blogspot.com/

b.) Upon confirmation that your information is received and released in the press releases and web site, a small participation fee of $25 will be issued and due payable within 15 business days. (Unfortunately, failure to remit payment in timely manner will result in non-participation status for 12 full months.)

 If you have high resolution JPG images representing your artists' work available, please send them in a separate email by the 10th of the month previous to participation to: fremontfirstfriday@gmail.com

We recommend submitting 3 files for each artist, preferably 600 pixels wide in JPEG format.
